ToolGeeker License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "licensee" or "you") and ToolGeeker company. It applies to products and web pages displaying or linking this Agreement.

ToolGeeker company exclusively owns all copyrights in its products and web pages and is protected by international copyright laws and treaty provisions.

• 📜 For web pages

  All pages under the domain name (toolgeeker.com) are freely browsed and shared by any user. However, we refuse any copy-paste or plagiarism for profit purposes. Once discovered, we will use legal weapons to protect our rights.

• ⚙️ For products

  Our free or trial versions do not provide any express or implied warranty; you use them at your own risk. In addition, you are free to use or distribute them (only versions that any third party has not modified)

Any installation and use of our software is deemed to have agreed to this Agreement. If you have any questions about this Agreement, you can contact us.

License Grant

After you complete the purchase, ToolGeeker will grant you an exclusive license for any legal purpose. You will have the right to activate the corresponding computer within the scope of the license, but you may not share, sell, lease, or transfer the registered ToolGeeker product software with others by sublicense.

Limitation of Use

You may not perform or allow others to perform the following acts in your name:

1. Modify or write derivative works of the Software developed by ToolGeeker;
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or extract source code from the Software in any other way;
3. Use the licensed Software for any illegal purpose or purpose not authorized by ToolGeeker.

Any unauthorized use will result in this license's immediate and automatic termination and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

About the deadline

You can purchase multiple types of licenses. If you purchase Software with a specified validity period, you can only use the Software during the specified validity period. This Agreement remains valid until terminated. If you destroy the Software and all copies of the Software, you can terminate this License Agreement at any time. If you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, ToolGeeke has the right to terminate this Agreement.

Software Updates

During the validity period of this Agreement, ToolGeeker will provide users with updates free of charge.

Support

During the validity period of this Agreement, ToolGeeker is obliged to provide Licensee with any technical support related to the Software free of charge, but only upon reasonable requests.
